Hago todos los envíos tanto en Península y Baleares, como los Internacionales por Correos Certificado, el tiempo estimado de recepción suele ser:

Península y Baleares: 2-3 días hábiles

Europa: 5-8 días hábiles
Norte América: 8-15 días hábiles

Aranceles y derechos de aduana

Los compradores pagarán los aranceles y derechos de aduana aplicables. No soy responsable de retrasos debidos a los trámites de aduanas.

Devuélveme los artículos en los 7 días posteriores a la entrega
Solicita una cancelación en un plazo de: 24 horas tras la compra

Debido a la naturaleza de estos artículos, a menos que lleguen dañados o defectuosos, no acepto devoluciones de:

Condiciones de devolución

Los gastos de envío de las devoluciones corren a cargo del comprador. Si el artículo no se devuelve en su estado original, el comprador será responsable de cualquier pérdida de su valor.

Shipping

I send all my jewelry with tracking number and insured. Spanish shipping is made with Correos. They deliver your package three days after shipping and it's important to have your phone number for the Courier Company.

International shipping is made with Registered Mail (Spanish postal Office).
Estimated shipping times with Registered Mail:

Europe: 5-8 business days
North America: 8-15 business days
I can offer you Courier Shippings by Correos Express. These rates are some expensive but they deliver the package in 3-4 days. 
I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.

 

Processing time

The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. All orders are sent usually within 2 days of purchase. For Made to Order items I need from 10 to 15 days to ship them.

Custom & import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Shimu Joyas is not responsible for any lost or damaged items in the mail. But if is there any problem don't hesitate to contact me, and I will do my best to solve it.

Refunds and exchanges

 

I want you to be happy with your purchase so exchanges are available for most items. You must contact me within 24 hours of receiving your item if you wish to exchange it. All items must be unused and in original condition and needs to be shipped back insured with delivery confirmation and all shipping fees will be the responsibility of the buyer.

I don't accept returns from custom orders or Customized pieces.
